Admitting he's bad at giving emotional support, Zero remembers consoling Alice after a breakup. An encounter with a former student rattles Zero.

In Biella, Zero struggles with how to grieve as Sarah blasts him for making it about him. Later, he learns of a shocking secret that sends him reeling.
