Season 1

Hae-ra tries looking for a job after being on a break for seven years, but no company wants to hire someone over 40. Hae-ra then runs into Ji-won, her old colleague, at a job interview for Market House. Although she doesn't pass the interview, Ji-won offers Hae-ra an internship, which Hae-ra accepts. Later, Ji-won asks Hae-ra to perform a special task, which puts her in a pickle.

Soo-pyo gets fired, and he doesn't know how to break the news to his family. Moon-jung gets in trouble as the designer who was supposed to submit his work goes AWOL. They find out he's at a marathon, so Moon-jung goes to look for him, and Hae-ra tags along. Hae-ra is torn about helping Moon-jung because of her secret task, but she decides to stick to her task in the end.

The entire office is confused after Moon-jung decides to leave for good instead of applying for maternity leave. It's been only two days, but Hae-ra wants to quit already. However, Soo-pyo is being let go from his office, and So-jin is counting on Hae-ra to replace her during her leave.

Hae-ra's mission to prevent So-jin from going on a childcare leave begins. As So-jin has stubbornly decided to take the leave, it will not be easy to persuade her. Meanwhile, Ji-won succeeds in getting rid of Gwang-su's incompetent minion. Now that she has no one who would get in the way, her ambition grows bigger.

After Ms. Lee quits, Hae-ra has a hard time trying to accomplish her mission. She has to make Ms. Geum quit as well, but she has a hard time convincing her to do so. Meanwhile, Hae-ra is given a project to work with Ms. Geum, and she comes up with a brilliant idea. However, she's warned by Ms. Park not to act fake and stop trying to push Ms. Geum into quitting work.

Hae-ra quits her job and starts doing a day-to-day job with her husband. However, after her video of trying to save a working mom from getting into a car accident goes viral, the company tries to bring her back. Meanwhile, Ji-won is trying to figure out her relationship with her father who passed away.

Market House wants Hae-ra back after her video, where she saves a working mom during a protest, goes viral. Hae-ra eventually returns to work after Ms. Geum convinces her to do so. Meanwhile, Ms. Geum goes to have a meeting alone with Chef Daniel w

Ji-won is surprised to see Seo-jun at a meeting in her company. It turns out he's appointed as the new general manager of Management Support Team and the nephew of the vice president. Hae-ra goes on a business trip with Ms. Geum and Ms. Park. During the trip, they have a special time to bond with each other.

Hae-ra decides to go and watch the soccer match that Director Ju is attending. She does it to get on his good side, but she ends up playing in the game as well. Meanwhile, Ji-won terminates the contract of one of their suppliers upon Director Ju's order and gives the spot to Director Oh's acquaintance.

Yi-young gets in trouble at school, and Soo-pyo sees her teacher to resolve the matter. When Hae-ra finds out why Yi-young got in trouble, she gets infuriated. Hae-ra runs into an old colleague from SY Company, and she learns why Ji-won had to quit work back then. Feeling devastated, Hae-ra apologizes to Ji-won.

Director Ju finds out that Ji-won is pregnant and advises her to quit before the promotion evaluation. Director Ju then asks Hae-ra to bear witness to Ji-won's order so it could jeopardize Ji-won's promotion. Hae-ra becomes hesitant as she feels guilty about what she did to Ms. Lee, but she decides to speak up.

Hae-ra and Ji-won expose everything in the board meeting. Ji-won also reveals the recordings she has kept on Director Ju. Then they both hand in resignation letters to take responsibility. Meanwhile, Ji-won gets some bad news from her checkup.
