Keyshia's life coach and trainer, Jamel, pushes her physically and mentally as she works on her new album; Neffe moves into her new home and clashes with Frankie.

Frankie suffers feelings of guilt for having given her daughter up for adoption, and feels Yvonne is taking advantage of events from her past.

Frankie and Yvonne heal old wounds and attend church together where they each speak to the congregation; Neffe thinks Frankie may have relapsed and they have a heated exchange.

Keyshia meets with a pastor for spiritual guidance; Neffe and Frankie are still bitter over their recent confrontation.

Keyshia takes her mother and family to Trinidad in an effort to bring everyone closer together.

In a giving mood, Keyshia takes her niece school shopping, gives her clothes to a local community organization and takes her family to a water park.

Neffe meets with Bishop Eddie Long to discuss Jaylen's baptism; Keyshia puts the finishing touches on her new album.

Keyshia visits the local youth center and donates to their annual fundraiser; Neffe gets into an argument with Jaylen's father, Kevin.

Keyshia takes her family to an Atlanta water park; Frankie and Neffe visit the family therapist; Neffe struggles with her relationship with God.

Neffe gets the surprise of her life while celebrating her birthday in Las Vegas; Frankie moves out on her own for the first time.
