Brendan takes the celebs to the Croatian capital Zagreb to fight it out with the Olympic judo team. But Nikki boils over at a cookery lesson in the afternoon.

Brendan attempts to return calmness to the tour by taking the celebrities into the Croatian wilderness to get back to nature and learn survival skills. The celebs also learn yoga.

It's the end of a tempestuous first week and after two shock departures the celebrities greet two new arrivals in the form of WAGs Jude Cisse and Chantelle Tagoe.
