Season 2

The Reliquary of Pepin falls in Indiana's hands. Luke realizes that Indiana is headed to Notre-Dame de Paris to open the reliquary and take the Globus Cruciger hidden inside. Luke chases to stop Indiana's plans.

Luke and Jeanne are framed as thieves, but they show their wisdom and heart to Charles VII who gives them another chance. Indiana betrays Mr. X and runs with the Globus Cruciger, Jean chases him down.

With Alan's help, Luke saves the hotel from the time bomb, making the two close friends. Luke then figures out using a radio set on top of Eiffel Tower that Indiana betrayed Mr. X and is heading to Mont Saint Michele.

A three way fight between the Guardians and the Hunters erupts over the Globus Cruciger. Luke seems to retrieve the relic and return it to Jeanne, but at the last second Indiana attacks Luke as he is about to get on his elevator.

Luke searches all over the world for Jean, ending up in Cambodia in order to save the 'Seed of Life'. He meets Sombor who suspects Jean as a Relic Hunter. Even Newton from England points at Jean as the thief of his Newtonian Telescope.

Jean saves Indiana and leaves. With Gottlieb's help, Luke chases Jean to Kotakinabalu Beach, but Jean refuses to return as she had a job to do as the Relic Hunter. Furious, Luke jumps into battle to stop his closest friend.

Luke fights Jean but in the end loses and lets her escape. On top of that, a hostage incident happens in the Starz Hotel, hurting Gottlieb. But with Alan's help the incident is solved and Luke travels to Cambodia in pursuit of Jean.

Luke learns that Jean and Indiana were gathering the relics to lure in Mr. X and destroy the Black Elevator. Joining forces, the three heavily damage the Black Elevator, but Jean and Indiana lose all the relics.

One of the hotel's maids, Jessica turns out to be a prime suspect to be Mr. X. Luke follows her to Russia and meets up with princess Maria, and learns from her that Angelina and Shadowman had appeared in Russia to steal Czar's crown.

After a battle with Shadowman and Angelina, Luke captures Jessica only to learn she isn't actually Mr. X. Luke decides to pursuit Shadowman and Angelina while Jean remains in the Starz Hotel to figure out Mr. X's true identity.

Luke falls in a trap that locks him and Princess Maria in an ice storage. Meanwhile Jean is attacked by the hotel door man Jackson during her investigations. Coming out of their dangers, Luke and Jean interrogate Jackson.

Luke finds out that there's a hidden message in Gottlieb's letter to Jackson. Luke heads to Bolshoi Theatre, where with the help of Princess Maria he deciphers the hidden code. But the hidden message reveals Mr. X's shocking identity.

Luke returns to the hotel only to immediately be attacked by Alan, who is plotting to go even further to steal the Golden Peacock Clock from Saint Basil's Cathedral. Luke heads to Russia to foil Alan's evil schemes.

Luke finds that Astrolabe pieces are attached to Akbar the Great's shield and heads to India's Ajanta caves. But Angelina, Shadowman, and the blacksmith boy Rahul appear to take the shield for themselves.

Luke loses the shield, but decides to find the swords of Akbar the Great, expecting them to lead him to the shield. Luke heads to Chand Baori and solves the secrets of the stairwell.

After handing over the sword of Akbar the Great to Shadowman, Luke heads to Akbar the Great's tomb to save Sanjay. Luke successfully saves Sanjay with the help of Sanjay, who tells him the location of final sword of Akbar the Great.

Indiana faces Alan, but loses the final sword to his butler Jeff. Luke, despite his anger against Indiana, decides to save him. Indiana tells Luke of a way to defeat Alan, and the two join forces to ambush Alan in an alley's peak.

Luke ambushes Alan on his way to the time warp to the present. Luke uses the geography to stop Alan, but fails to stop his return to the present.

Luke heads to Greece in search of the final Astrolabe piece, but only finds the little philosopher Theo who won't let him alone. On top of that, Luke learns that not only the relics, but also his friends are disappearing from history.

Luke saves Jeanne D'arc from being kidnapped by Jeff, who leaves behind a mysterious cube that will lead to the location of his lost friends.

Luke arrives in Acropolis in search of his friends, but ends up captured by Alan. Alan holds Luke's friends as hostage and tells Luke of his 'New Eden', which erases history as he knows it to replace it with Acropolis in the sky.

Luke follows the Astrolabe's coordinates to find Paul, but they change mid travel to end up in future New York, Time Square. Luke finally reunites with Paul, but Alan uses his time bending powers to put Luke in grave danger.
