When her parents’ comedy bar unexpectedly closes down, Betty does everything in her power to save her family's home. Embracing her drag side, she pretends to be a gay and joins Manila Queen Supreme, the biggest drag competition in the country.

Betty realizes that joining a drag competition is not an easy feat, but finds an unlikely ally in Jason. As they move forward to the next round of Manila Queen Supreme, Betty gets puzzled by an unfortunate experience of one of her competitors.

Tension rises when Betty discovers the secret of her father, Jam. Betty grows closer to Jason as they get to know more about each other, unaware that her friend is up to something that could endanger her chance in the drag competition.

Betty enlists Jason's help as she works on pursuing her scholarship. Jason then invites Betty to a show in order to lighten his friend's mood. Much to his surprise, however, Jason is forced to come out of the closet by a person close to him.

Jason finds a new home with Betty and her family after his emotional coming out. As they go through the Song of Your Life round of the Manila Queen Supreme competition, the remaining five queens are forced to deal with their unresolved feelings.

Jason enlists Momon's help as he decides to court Betty, but he faces a hurdle when Caleb makes efforts to get back with his ex-girlfriend. Much to Betty's confusion about Jason's behavior, she catches him in an intimate conversation with Charlie.

Jason and Betty deal with their respective families as they enjoy their blossoming romance. With the final round of Manila Queen Supreme at hand, Charlie's feelings for Jason get in the way of the latter and Betty's happiness.

Jason and Charlie bare their hearts in the finale of the Manila Queen Supreme, paving the way for reconciliation and acceptance. As the prestigious competition ends, Betty realizes what it truly means to love, dream, and take care of one's family.
