Maverick luxury property developer Guy Phoenix is tipped off about a plot for sale for his next big project: a spectacular new multi-million-pound 'glass castle', but first he needs to demolish the existing house in rural Nottinghamshire. He also decides to buy the house next door to his own, to create a 'mini' superhome.

Guy tackles the top floor of his glass castle and gives his own home some luxury TLC by adding an enormous new kitchen, a luxury four-car garage and a bowling alley.

Guy and his team battle with the weather as they start to build the huge swimming pool annexe. Guy also visits the site of a new superhome project - that'll have a huge basement
