60 minWilliam Goldman's career began as a novelist, but he soon turned to screenplays, including those for iconic films such as `Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid' and `All the President's Men'. But in the 1980s he fell out of favour and turned to writing his memoirs, which feature sometimes affectionate, sometimes damning looks at the film industry.
