Season 2

It is the dawn of a new era in Pantera as Natasha steps into power as primaria and parties abound, but not everyone is having a jol.

Shay sees Maggie with someone unexpected, Kyla enjoys a night out with someone other than Jocelyn, and Amanda receives a life-altering text.

The Otters wake up after a night of heavy partying and discover that not only is Daniel missing, but they are the ones responsible for it.

Mia, joined by Amanda, Shay, and Kyla, attends her mom and dad's end-year function with one goal: to expose and destroy Karel.

The friends have to bury a body together and Hanco realises his friendship with Daniel has reached its expiry date.

Amanda wakes up and finds a goodbye letter from Hanco and Nastasha tells Amanda about an incident that leaves even Amanda speechless.

It's December and Kyla is enjoying her last week in Pantera alone, but she's not that alone and despite all her attempts, she is unable to resist the new roommate.

The Otters return to Pantera after a well-deserved break, but their circle is incomplete as they discover that one of them will not be rooming with them in The Grot any longer.

An important first-year tradition has the whole residence buzzing. Nastasha is nervous about Pantera's finances. The Otters make a decision regarding Kyla's desperate situation.

The first day back on campus brings surprises: a new Mia Meyer, an ultimatum to Kyla, a series of eye rolls for Amanda courtesy of Simeon, and a gift that has Shay weak in the knees.

It's time for Pantera's annual res photo, but no one is ready. Kyla ends up next to the wrong person in the photo.

Nastasha asks Amanda to help out with one of Pantera's oldest traditions, but Amanda will have to betray Kyla to do so.

Shay develops her father's film rolls, which challenge her notions about herself. Her mom, Ragel, finds out about the professor she is seeing.

Shay arrives at Maggie's flat with a pressing question. Will the two of them find the answer? Amanda is confronted with a surprising message from an old flame.

Res mothers are seen and not heard. But Tannie Adri has had enough, giving Nastasha and the house committee hell.

Jessie, the Otters' res daughter, is in deep trouble when she reveals one of Shay's biggest secrets to everyone in Pantera.

Amanda serves Maggie a drink and realises she's the perfect match for Shay. Delmari and Kyla go wine tasting, but it all goes wrong.

Shay realises that there is a hidden reason behind Amanda's sudden desire to emphasise their friendship.

Maggie and Shay are excited to host their first dinner as a couple for their closest friends. With big personalities and secrets bubbling up to the surface, will the evening be a success?

Maggie accidentally wakes up in Die Grot and gets a taste of student life when she day drinks with Amanda.

Dating an older woman while still a student has many advantages. Shay begins to wonder if student life is still for her.

Tensions run high when Kyla breaks up with Delmari, and Delmari threatens her with suicide.

Mia ends up alone in a bus full of students on their way to Intervarsity. Fortunately, Simeon keeps her company and André falls in love with the Otters' boarding daughter.

Jocelyn and Delmari take revenge on Kyla. Amanda hits a third wheel in Simeon and Mia's bet. Shay realizes that Maggie is unconsciously molding her into the perfect housewife.

Kyla is faced with one of the biggest choices of her life. Amanda discusses Simeon with Daniel and Shay struggles to accept that Maggie sees her as an equal.

Ragel arranges a dinner with her daughter and Maggie to better understand their relationship, but the evening does not go as everyone had hoped.

Kyla is at a crossroads and has to decide whether she is going to return the money or keep it. Amanda becomes jealous of Simeon and Mia's friendship.

Despite everyone's opposition, Amanda helps Nastaha organize the mother and daughter tea and Daniel realizes why Amanda got involved.

Mia and Simeon's friendship deepens and pushes the boundaries. Kyla's grandmother comes to visit her, but it's not a friendly visit.

Kyla tries to save her academic career, Mia discovers herself with Simeon and Daniel asks Amanda out again.

The Otters have all synced and when Amanda and Shay do the sums, they realize there's a big chance that Amanda is pregnant.

Kyla cheats in an important test and Ragel is upset about Shay possibly becoming a mother. Mia tells Amanda she slept with Simeon.

Kyla discovers her darker side, but at the expense of Jessie, who needs her help. Amanda is worried about Shay who is still in pain. Simeon writes Daniel's name on the Sweetlist.

In an attempt to evade a request from Daniel, Amanda organizes a Grot movie night. Mia is forced to be honest about her actions.

The Otters support Amanda to confront the truth, all the while the web of lies threatens to swallow her up.

A fire breaks out in someone's room and the residence has to be evacuated. Amid this chaos, Mia comes to Jessie's rescue and Amanda is grateful for the distraction.

In the aftermath of the fire, Jessie tries to keep her secret. Mia is still on the warpath with the Otters and Nastasha concocts a dangerous plan.

The HK gets suspended, Nastasha moves out, Shay is sick, Amanda is lonely, Kyla is almost caught for barging and Mia realizes she loves the dorm after all.

Shay wakes up in the hospital. She shares a room with the real Barbara Kannemeyer, who gives her a new perspective.

Kyla finds herself stuck in the aftermath of her actions. Amanda struggles to make peace with Mia. Shay recovers after breaking up with Maggie.

The Otters are going to unload on Kyla after she is suspended, but they realize how deep in trouble Kyla really is.

It's Jessie's first house dance, and André is her date, which of course makes the Otters terribly overprotective. Daniel confronts Simeon at the house dance.

An illness breaks out in the dormitory before the big competition. Mia messes up her first job as HK. Amanda and Shay come to her rescue.

Amanda and Shay look forward to making their dream room a home. But an unannounced guest derails their plans.

The Otters devise a plan to finally say goodbye to Die Grot. Will everyone be in time to breathe in the mould for the last time?
