The Country Family prepares to teach the elderly in Jeongseon how to make gnocchi with locally harvested potatoes. Afterward, they go fishing, an activity Edward enjoys very much. After an exhausting day, they members prepare restorative dishes for dinner to recharge themselves.

After their last meal in Gangwon Province, the Country Family heads to their next destination, Andong, led by A-sung. They are joined by two special Christmas guests. Then they head out to pick strawberries and eat jjimdak. Later, Eddie and Yo-han start working on making the perfect Christmas meal.

Eddie and Yo-han prepare a special Christmas meal for Dianne and Arden. Eddie comes up with two chicken dishes and special strawberry hotteok. The next day, Eddie prepares a special party for Andong Head House’s family using Andong ingredients. Will he be able to capture the palates of the picky family?

The fierce Mini Culinary Class War comes to an end, and Eddie gives careful evaluations. The loser among the three must stay behind and clean all the dishes. The next day, the members visit the Manhyujeong Pavilion where “Mr. Sunshine” was filmed. Then they head to the Meju Village in Yecheon, North Gyeongsang Province, where they taste the traditionally made meju.

For their last trip, the members travel to Yeosu, South Jeolla Province. Yoon Doo-joon joins the Country Cook family as a special guest. The first place they visit is a marinated crab restaurant, which Yeosu is famous for. Then they explore the vibrant streets of snack carts where they enjoy Yeosu’s various seafood dishes.

Yo-han reunites with the Country family in Yeosu. They meet haenyeos and try the food they made. They also get to witness the haenyeos diving up close and see the seafood they catch. Bae Jung-nam joins them as a special guest. Together, they tried Yeosu’s specialty, skate samhap, a combination of fermented skate, suyuk, and kimchi.

Chef Edward Lee and the Country Family make a special abalone porridge for the haenyeos. When the Country members are a bit disappointed with a simple dish, Edward adds ingredients that give it a special kick. What is his special recipe? The next day, they head to a leaf mustard field in Dolsan and harvest fresh leaf mustard. They learn various leaf mustard recipes from a leaf-mustard master and try a full-course meal.

Edward Lee’s second cooking class begins in Yeosu. Will the leaf mustard masters recognise Eddie’s Western recipe? On the last night of the trip, Eddie shows off his surprising singing skills. The next morning, Eddie heads somewhere alone. What is Eddie’s gift for the Country members? All the precious ingredients from their trips are reborn with the Country members’ touch. What are the dishes for the grand finale of their 15-day journey?
