With the emergence of the Mafia in the 1970s, Toronto becomes a mob city with two crime fac-tions vying for control.

A betrayal leads to a temporary Mafia takedown, when the mob bosses reemerge so does a new violent, power-hungry enforcer, Joe Ferraro.

Our view of organized crime expands; we go undercover with the RCMP as they conduct elabo-rate surveillance to bring down the Mafia bosses.
