Liz's dream of taking her senior year by the horns is sabotaged when she's forced to spend the last days of summer with Taylor Terry--Burleson High's perfect blond specimen of popularity. But the experience ends up changing both girls in ways they could never imagine...or does it?

Liz unexpectedly receives a dozen carnations from a secret admirer and goes on a mission to find out who they're from. Was it really Bryson, that cute guy who sits behind her in English class? Hopefully she'll manage to dodge the claws of her arch-nemesis Cori Cooper long enough to find out.

Prom is here and the school is buzzing. Liz tries to keep her focus on having a good time with her date, but Bryson insists on getting her attention. But a surprising interaction with Cori sets the night further on its head as Liz struggles to put the madness of senior year behind her.
