Rob and the ninjas tackle a rundown property in an up-and-coming neighborhood in Wellington, Florida. Their budget is on a dime and they've got limited time, so they roll up their sleeves and add some VIP luxuries to transform this hot-pink eyesore into a dreamy modern estate.

Rob plans to spice up the kitchen and living room at his latest Wellington project by installing new bamboo flooring, appliances and real wood cabinets. The cherry on top is when the ninjas turn the dated and hated wet bar into a one-of-a-kind love seat.

The existing master suite at the Wellington house is not very sweet at all with its dark and cramped layout and builder's-grade bath. Rob and the ninjas take care of business by adding fresh paint and wallpaper to the master bedroom, a customized built-in closet and a wow-worthy master bath all on a tight budget.

The backyard at Rob's Wellington project has a ton of potential but the overgrown plants are blocking the view! By extending the patio, trimming trees and adding some TLC, the backyard is back and better than ever.
