Javi blows up over something he finds on Kailyn’s phone. Chelsea is shocked when Adam requests 50/ 50 custody of Aubree. With her marriage to Jeremy on the rocks, Leah has to face Corey in court for custody of their daughters.

Leah must take a court-ordered drug test; Chelsea and Adam's exes join forces.

Chelsea and Adam lawyer up for their custody battle. Jenelle and Nathan’s explosive arguing threatens her chance of gaining custody of Jace. Corey presses for more time with the girls, while Leah and Jeremy’s marriage crumbles.

Leah and Corey's relationship takes a turn for the worst; Barbara and Jace visit Jenelle; Kailyn and Javi discuss the future of their marriage.

Jenelle files for full custody of Jace; and squares off with Barb. In other events, Kailyn and Javi's marital problems follow her to L.A. ; and Chelsea and Taylor's custody hearings with Adam intensify

Chelsea learns information about Taylor that could impact her court case with Adam; Jeremy threatens Leah with divorce; and Nathan's behavior causes Jenelle to rethink their engagement.

Nathan is arrested after a physical altercation with Jenelle; Leah reaches her breaking point after receiving divorce papers; Chelsea and Adam face each other in court; Kailyn takes a vacation for her birthday.

Jenelle pleads with Nathan to stay together; Kailyn fears that Jo's move is too close for comfort; and Leah, who's overwhelmed by a looming divorce and custody threats, makes a big decision.

Leah must return from therapy; Jenelle and Nathan struggle to co-parent; Kailyn and Javi adjust to Jo and Vee living close.

Kailyn is torn between Javi and Jo; Leah finalizes her divorce and prepares to return to therapy; and Jenelle and Barbara meet in court to discuss custody of Jace.

Jenelle may face felony charges after a fight with Nathan and his new girlfriend; Chelsea notices Adam's actions are impacting Aubree; Kailyn is beside herself when Jo goes missing; and Leah ends her marriage.

Jo lashes out at Kailyn when she threatens legal action against him. Leah returns from treatment, but things with Corey hit their boiling point. After being bailed out of jail, Jenelle must face her fate with Nathan.
