New York City's three favorite brokers, are together again, under one $17.25 million roof. Fredrik is hoping to close out at an open house that includes amongst its guests longtime rival, Ryan, and more recent frenemy, Luis. Luis shows little interest in mending fences with either of his adversaries. Meanwhile, Ryan must convince a resistant developer to overhaul construction for a buyer that wants to combine units.

Ryan may be in over his head when he seeks to sell his boss' apartment along with his 400-piece art collection; Fredrik scores the biggest single-unit listing of his career; Luis referees a high-stakes negotiation between a buyer and seller.

While trying to sell a $35 million listing in the Time Warner Center, Fredrik hits a wall when he targets Chinese buyers; Ryan is the proud recipient of a very special delivery; old friends come knocking with a new listing in Harlem.

Fredrik invites Ryan to join him in listing a Chelsea penthouse; Ryan courts a Russian businessman with a penchant for luxury; in spite of a disastrous open house; Luis receives an offer on his Harlem townhouse.
