Franks second ex-wife, Liz Robinson, seeks his help and protection from a blackmailer who has photos of her having cocaine snorted from her naked belly. Tayler Johnson and Gavin Sykes have to deal with some prisoner escapee.

frank and Rachel investigate when both Liz Robinson's husband Lioyd Menzies and the ransom of $ 1.000.000 disappear. Tommy Tavita becomes attached to a little boy, Buster who tries to sail home to New Zealand

Liz is almost run down in front of Frank, and fearing for her safety following her husbands murder in prison, he suggests that she stay with him. Tommy's relationship with Rhonda comes to a tragic end.

After Frank takes time off Rachel is stuck with Jack Christey trying to catch a rapist. Dave McCall and Tommy Tavita go on a rescue operation on the white water rapids.

Goldie and Tavita investigates an arson attack on a boat which a teenage boy is found dead. The owner of the boat has a dubious affinity with young boys, but is he the culprit or the victim?

When Goldie and Tavita arrest Dave McCall's son and charge him with the supplying and trafficking of illegal drugs, the pressure of home and work life gets to Dave. A quantity of explosives are used in an attempted bombing of the harbor tunnel.

A woman claims her husband stabbed her and Frank and Goldie has to investigate the domestic dispute. After intervening in a dockside brawl, Tayler requests desk duty when she's unable to contain a suspect.

When Frank becomes caught in the middle of a siege, Goldie must use her negotiating skills to help him and the other hostages gain their freedom.

Goldie and Tavita investigates a serial murder, while Holloway is away in Melbourne for a job interview.

Holloway and Goldie investigate an extortion racket in Chinatown. Sykes and Hawker compete against each other in an 18th skiff race.

When a diamond broker's wife gets kidnapped, Rachel and Helen finds out the incident bears striking resemblance to the disappearance of his first wife seven years earlier. Dave McCall has to run the station in Hawker's absence, together with finding his runaway son and preventing his marriage from disintegrating. Teen pop sensation Milkshake film their latest music video in the harbor and the water Police are assigned to keep away the media. Emma Woods joins the dive team.

Frank poses as a criminal when he goes undercover in an attempt to uncover an armed robbery operation.

As the armed robbery gets closer, Holloway's undercover operation becomes more and more dangerous. Despite police's ongoing investigation, Les is granted bail and threatens to blow Frank and Louise's cover. Frank is forced to act as the getaway driver during the robbery but a sudden change of plans throws off the police surveillance unit and places Frank's life in jeopardy.

Goldie investigates the disappearance of a young girl and the subsequent murder of the woman suspected of her kidnapping. Further complications set in when it is revealed that Terry is the father of the missing girl.

frank gets pinned to the ground by armed robber Kiwi Dave, he holds a gun to his head and pulls the trigger, his near-death experience leads him on a one-man campaign and a journey of self-discovery. Helen is promoted to the rank of Senior Sergeant.

Franks temporary replacement, Jack Christey, attempt to board a boat to apprehend a teenager who has been in an armed stand-off with the Water Police, the boy panics, and in the ensuing confusion both he and Tayler are shot. Tayler's near fatal shooting prompts a reunion between Helen and her estranged brother.

A man's severed head is found in a gym bag washed up on a beach and Goldstein and Christey has to investigate. Tavita and Sykes' pursuit of a young boy comes under scrutiny when the boy disappears after diving into the harbor in an attempt to avoid the officers.

Holloway catches his old copper mate in a drug dealing operation that uses an ice cream boat as a cover. Tavita, Sykes and McCall respond to a robbery at the wharves and winds up in a bar brawl as they track down a number of stolen VCRs.

Chief inspector Jeff Hawker finds himself in the firing line when ballistic tests prove his gun was used to kill Vince Blake eight years ago. Goldie and Hawker work together to clear his name. Tavita finds himself in the middle of a dispute at the site of an archeological dig.

The detectives apprehend a man responsible for the robbery of tourist groups, this leads into the investigation of illegal steroids at a local gym. After an accident pins a pregnant woman's arm underneath a boat, Goldie and the Nemesis crew have no choice but to deliver her baby underwater as the tide comes in and submerges the woman.

Frank and Helen investigates when a well known environmental activist, Thea Ashwood, vanishes mysteriously. Meanwhile, Sykes investigates when a swimmer disappear mysteriously under a triathlon competition.

Kiwi Dave escapes from prison and makes it his personal mission to make Frank's life a misery.

When judge Moreton is found bound and gagged wearing nothing but fishnets and a g-string, Frank is intrigued to discover his arch nemesis, Terry Madigan is involved.

When a base-jumper's parachute fails and he plunges to his death, Jack Christey is sure his three friends filming the incident know more than they are letting on.

Sykes' hands are tied when his girlfriend is involved in a mysterious car accident.

Goldie becomes the obsession of a mentally unstable woman. Sarah is a young woman obsessed by religious omens and controlled by an equally unstable lover. When Goldie risks her life attempting to save Sarah, a bizarre string of events follow. It becomes apparent that Sarah is toying with Goldie's emotions, and is also involved in a murder being investigated by Goldie and Jack. Tavita and Sykes investigate a fraudulent pet cremation contractor.

Investigations into an armed holdup incriminate police when witnesses recount how bandits were disguised in police uniforms and escaped in a police car. Helen Blakemore comes under suspicion when it's revealed she is one of only two people who can access spare uniforms and she could do with extra cash after buying a new home.

Frank Holloway is determined to clear Helen's name and nail Madigan for setting up the water police.

Frank and Goldie are caught in the middle as the Madigan and Formica rivalry gets personal. The rekindled romance between Frank and undercover cop Louise Bradshaw is short-lived when Louise is gunned down when caught in a shoot-out between warring drug dealers.

As Frank's life hangs in the balance he is forced to rely on his arch nemesis, Madigan, to survive.

When a passenger liner arrives in Sydney Harbor, Goldie, McCall and Sykes all find themselves in deeper than they imagined.
