Anthony is called to a beachfront resort in Puerto Rico, and soon discovers that the problems are due to the fact that the general manager isn't doing her job... and she's married to the owner.

Anthony needs to turn around the historic Triangle T Ranch in Arizona. The owner doesn't know what she's doing and the grounds are a mess, but Anthony vows to get it into shape.

Anthony heads to Maui to help out a gay/lesbian resort that is losing money hand over fist. To pull it off, he has to convince the GM to stand up to the owner.

Anthony is heading for the Hotel Leger in Calaveras County, CA, near the Sierra Nevada Mountains in Mokelumne Hill. The hotel has thirteen unique guest rooms, a saloon, a billiards room, and a pool. Ashley Canty purchased the hotel in 2004 and is trying to return it to its former glory as one of the oldest hotels in the area and the heart of the town.

Anthony travels to Alaska to bail out a fisherman's lodge that stinks of fish and has rotting wood floors and ceilings.

The Telemark Lodge is ready to shut down in six to eight months if Anthony can't turn it around by resolving the management and sales issues that plague the staff... and give the hotel a computer system so employees can do their jobs.

Anthony tries to get the Periwinkle Inn in New Jersey out of the red, but the domineering mother and owner is reluctant to change her ways or let her two children take over.

Anthony is called in to convert a former economy motel into a boutique hotel, but discovers that the rooms are filthy and the lobby is a mess.

In Puerto Rico, a noisy hotel bar drives away guests and Anthony has his hands full redesigning the bar and updating the rooms.

Anthony travels to the 75-room Gardenia Resort in Jamaica and finds himself up against dirty rooms and a general manager who isn't aggressive enough to get the job done.

Anthony visits a picture-perfect ski lodge that he soon realizes has family management issues.

Anthony is called in to help the Bromley Sun Lodge, which suffers from poor maintenance and owners who are in over their heads after a fire almost destroyed the hotel.

Anthony travels to the Western Riviera in Grand Lake, CO, to help a couple with no hotel experience, with a staff that have no hotel experience, in a town where the business dies down every winter.
