Season 4

Ozzy begins suffering from insomnia. He eventually undergoes testing with a sleep disorder expert to determine the cause. Jack gets a tattoo of a cross on his chest, but Ozzy and Sharon do not like it.

Vacation planning turns into a battle of vetoes as Sharon rejects Fiji for sub-par hotels and Ozzy shoots down a string of other destinations. Sharon finally settles on Hawaii, though Ozzy’s still not sold. Meanwhile, Kelly auditions for a major TV pilot role.

Ozzy starts the family vacation in a miserable mood, but perks up after a trip to a battleship memorial and a private luau. Meanwhile, Jack’s friends tag along and manage to embarrass him at every turn.

Kelly riles Sharon up with a new lip ring, but bigger troubles surface when Ozzy and Jack suspect her mood swings and constant illnesses are drug-related, a theory Sharon refuses to entertain

Kelly struggles to settle int rehab, constantly calling home asking for things and talking about quitting. Jack urges her to stick it out, while celebrating both his birthday and a year of sobriety. Kelly’s return home sparks fights over curfews and house rules, with Sharon in the firing line.

Sharon and Kelly plan a charity trip to Kenya, but Ozzy’s convinced they’ll come home with malaria, or not at all. The family gets a visit from Sir Elton John before heading to a Covenant House auction, where Sharon picks up an award and Kelly unexpectedly jumps in on the bidding.

When a 25-year-old fan wins a charity auction to spend the day with Sharon, her generosity moves Sharon to invite her for n overnight stay at the Osbourne house. Meanwhile, Jack swaps the fast lane for online traffic school after a speeding ticket.

The Osbournes head to Japan, where Ozzy picks up the Legend Award at the VMAs and Kelly squeezes in a string of appearances. Meanwhile, Osbourne staff member Sam reunites with long-lost relatives, relying on a translator to bridge the years and language barrier.

As Sharon’s talk show wraps its final episodes, she battles her bosses to the bitter end, by arriving late on purpose and demanding cash upfront. Meanwhile, Kelly takes it personally when Sharon keeps knocking her wardrobe.

In the series finale, Dr. Phil visits the Osbourne home for a candid conversation about drug abuse and the other struggles that have shaped and strained the family’s relationships
