The doctors attempt to lift the underbelly on fat this week. Christian talks to a woman whose excessive eating has left her with a massive growth on her leg which weighs the same as a small child. Dawn talks to a man who despite losing half of his body weight, has surplus skin that it slaps against his body when he's working out at the gym.

The team attempt to deal with the nation's toilet troubles to learn the secret strain on our plus size population. Dawn tries to helpsa type 2 diabetic whose diarrhoea issues are putting strain on every organ in his body. Christian refers a man with high blood pressure for a pioneering treatment to try and and reduce his waistline and help with his toilet malfunctions.

The doctors meet with some patients with food phobias and calorie addictions, as well as those who are very obese.
