It's Valentine's day and The Powerpuff Girls try to hook up Ms.Keane and the Professor together.

After losing a battle with Mojo's robots, Blossom suddenly becomes a jinx and starts messing up everything.

The Powerpuff Girls have to overcome their greatest fears after Him has brought them to life.

When the Mayor finds the deed to Monster Isle the monsters move to Townsville causing havoc between monsters and humans.

After witnessing a crime, Talking Dog stays at the Powerpuff Girls house for a while as part of a witness protection program.

When the Mayor gets a craving for toast he discovers his toaster is broken so he gives it to the Professor to fix, but he accidentally discovers the Professor's secret stash of chemical X which the Mayor uses as a hair growth formula.

After stealing a tangerine (orange) and watching it split up into different pieces the Amoeba Boys learn how to multiply and make duplicates of themselves.

The girls realize that the Professor is tired after preparing for his dissertation tomorrow, so when a burglar new to Townsville tries to rob them the girls try to stop him without waking up the Professor.

The Professor tries to figure out just what kind of species Fuzzy Lumpkins is, but when he accidentally gets covered in mud and flowers it makes him look like a Lumpkin which Fuzzy falls in love with and tries to marry.

When the Powerpuff Girls try to stop Mojo from doing a crime an animal activist group comes to his rescue protesting that the Powerpuff Girls can't harm him because he's an endangered animal.

When Ms. Keane gets sick she hires a substitute teacher named Mr.Green to run the class in her absence. Unfortunately because of his monstrous appearance the girls assume he's a bad guy and try to save their classmates from him.

Him is sick and tired of all the villains (including himself) failing in their never-ending plot to destroy the Powerpuff Girls, so he brings the Rowdyruff Boys back to life and stronger than ever.

The girls wake up to discover their bed is wet. Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup all deny the incident, but they still wonder who did it. This destroys their confidence.

Princess interrupts a battle between the Powerpuff Girls and the Rowdyruff Boys. She tries to join the Rowdyruff Boys but they reject her, so out of pity the girls let Princess become a Powerpuff Girl.

The owner of the Townsville Museum accidentally thaws out a prehistoric caveman criminal that was frozen in a block of ice.

While cleaning out their closet the Powerpuff Girls reminisce on all the adventures they've had over the years.

After the Professor lies to the girls to avoid spending time with them a little white lie monster develops.

Bubbles replaces Boomer in the Rowdyruff Boys.

A film student tries to make a documentary on the girls.

When and organization called Parents Against Powerpuffs tell the Girls that their super-heroics are becoming too imitable for children, the Girls must hold back on fighting crime.

When Bubbles overhears the Professor saying some bad words, the Girls add a whole new slew of adjectives to their vocabulary.

When the Girls and the Gangreen Gang discover a destructo ray for sale at Mojo's Yard Sale, each team sets out to see who can earn the most money and buy it first.

The Professor tries to teach the girls all about the history of silent movies and how they're much better than the movies of today by taking them to one.

A new group of criminals, which is a group of cute little animals robs Townsville blind. The girls try to stop them, but because of their innocent looks the animal criminals have the advantage.

Back when Mojo Jojo tried to take over the world with primates, there was one monkey who didn't get his due - Mopey Popo. Now Mopey is back to try and be evil just as Mojo intended.

When the Professor tries out his car, the Girls realize that this K.A.R.R. is taking the Professor away from them, both figuratively and literally.

After beating up Fuzzy Lumpkins and other villains to a bloody pulp Blossom and Bubbles start to think that there sister goes a little bit too far when it comes to fighting crime.

The Professor tells the girls all about his younger brother Eugene and how he was such a wild man back in the day.

The Professor is anxious to win the 2nd Townsville Annual Cook-off competition this year.

Dynamo returns and this time is against Townsville and destroying the town along with terrorizing it's citizens.

Mojo is sentenced to do community service for Townsville and begins teaching English at the Learning Annex.

When the Professor realizes that all his successful experiments are actually just accidents, he sets out to do something brilliant on purpose!

Someone is defacing all the posters and statues of Townsville with make-up.
