Jasmine hosts a Mommy Cocktail Party so the women can swap tips for raising children as Little People.

Elena has a preview party to test her new beauty products, but Jasmine becomes angry when she's left off the guest list. Elsewhere, an unexpected family member goes behind Briana's back and asks Terra and Christy to help bring her back to the family.

Briana's family reaches out in hopes of reconciling, but Matt insists their children will never meet her family. Elsewhere, Elena decides to tell Preston she wants to try for a baby; Jasmine may need to move out of the state so her husband can find a job; and Tonya gets vocal with Briana about Matt's mind games when the girls go apple picking.

Tonya's daughter's father visits Los Angeles; Christy is concerned Todd being overweight may affect their chances of adopting a child; and Jasmine debates whether to try for a second baby. Meanwhile, Briana keeps a huge secret from Matt.

Jasmine throws a couples party in hopes of pleasing Elena; Tonya feels like she's being left out because of her complicated relationship; and Briana and Christy try to mend their friendship. Later, Terra and Tonya get in a huge fight when Tonya puts a man before her friend.

Christy brings all the girls together for a fun day of pizza making following Terra's epic fight with Tonya and Elena; Elena receives some unexpected, life-changing news.

Jasmine offers to throw a bachelorette party for Jasmine on the condition that she invite all the girls; Tonya and Terra find common ground; Elena learns that she is pregnant; an unexpected guest crashes Christy's housewarming party.

The women head to Mexico for Briana's belated bachelorette party; Elena struggles to hide news of her pregnancy; a jealous Christy breaks Briana's rules and orders a stripper.

As Briana's bachelorette party continues, Briana questions which ladies are there to support her marriage; Ali feels Terra's wrath; Christy is accused of being two-faced.

The Mexico Bachelorette party wasn't the chance to reconnect with Briana that Terra had hoped for. Now that they're home in LA, Briana is ignoring all of Terra's attempts to reach out to apologize.

When Terra confronts Christy about rumors she may be spreading, not just drinks but glasses are thrown, and Christy ends up in the hospital.
