Season 1

After Tails gets injured during a battle against Dr. Eggman, Sonic, fearing for his safety, fires him and holds auditions for a new sidekick.

Dr. Eggman moves in with Sonic and Tails while his fortress is under repairs. While there, he drives Sonic and Tails to the breaking point with his annoying traits.

Tails builds a translator robot with the unintentional ability to read minds. His friends are not impressed.

When Sticks' friends tell her to be nicer to (non-anthropomorphic) animals, she becomes attached to a slime-belching robot dog named Buster.

After being invited to a fancy gala, Sticks admits she does not know how to behave like a lady.

Amy decides to accept Eggman's invitation to design his lair for a magazine cover.

Dr. Eggman hires an new intern to help out around the base, unaware of the intern's true desire.

Dr. Eggman makes evil cookies to turn Sonic into his lackey, but instead, gets all his friends to work with to destroy Sonic.

Sonic and Tails rescue some villagers from bandits, but can't get away from the village thanks to all the guilt being thrown onto them.

Cubot and bot wake up with no memory of the last day and no trace of Eggman around anywhere.

When Tails reprograms one of Dr. Eggman's robots, it becomes a killing machine set on destroying Eggman.

In hopes of having new additions to his traveling circus, a ringmaster captures Sonic and his friends.

Knuckles feels that the only reason Sonic always bests him is that Sonic has better luck. So, Knuckles tries to run out his bad luck and reset the luck balance of the universe by constantly putting himself in harm’s way.

A meteor causes Sonic and Eggman to exchange bodies.

After losing his confidence, Dr. Eggman gets help from a motivational speaker, and then becomes too reliant on the life coach.

When Tails' orchard picking machine runs amok, a group of evil scientists believe Tails is one of them.

After being injured in a battle against Sonic, Egghead decides to take Sonic to court to receive justice.

When Dr. Eggman markets his own brand of tomato sauce, the others are suspicious of possible ulterior motives.

When Amy realizes that Sticks is a pack rat, she forces her friend to have a garage sale to get rid of all the junk that's accumulated in her burrow. During the sale, a secret locked door to an underground world is removed and an invading horde is set free.

When Knuckles is made mayor for the day, he sends the village into chaos. Sonic and friends, and even Eggman, have to band together to stop him from ruining the village.

Eggman is making a movie about his life. He even tries to cast Sonic to play a lame version of Sonic. Is this just a bad movie or a merely a diversion for a secret evil plan?

After Sonic calls Mike "a normal guy", Amy sets up a seminar to help him develop a more sensitive attitude.

When Tails' workshop is destroyed by a fire, Sonic, Knuckles, and Amy each have conflicting versions of how it happened.

Dr. Eggman is missing his particle accelerator and all evidence points to Sonic. With the villagers also claiming stolen items, Sonic must find the real thief in order to clear his name.

In order to prove that he is an inventor like Tails, Knuckles challenges Tails to enter the local robot battle; little do they know Dr. Eggman has also entered the contest.

Dr. Eggman is in trouble with his homeowners' association and will stop at nothing to defeat them, even if it means hosting a fancy dinner.

Amy and Dr. Eggman bond over a tabletop figurine game called Fuzzy Puppies. When the gang finds out, they begin to worry about her safety.

The gang accepts a dare from Dr. Eggman to fight him not as a group but one at a time. Eggman uses each hero's weakness to his advantage.

When Sonic and the gang win an award for being role models, it comes with a price that keeps them from doing their jobs as heroes.

The gang decides to ride out a storm at Amy's house. Things spiral out of control when they discover Amy's play, portraying her all friends.

Knuckles tries to make amends for a past misdeed, but he only succeeds at making things worse.

In his most diabolical plan yet, Dr. Eggman decides to band together with all of Sonic's enemies. Shadow the Hedgehog, joins the fight.
