Special episode 11.5 that aired instead of episode 12, which was delayed due to exceeding the standard runtime. Yuuma Uchida narrated the episode and reintroduced the characters. The episode also contained: interview with two main voice actors; interview with Taisei Iwasaki, music composer; interview with the band singing the ED and the full OP song.

The episode, titled "Ousama no Restaurant no Ousama," will be released on June 3, 2016, with the Kekkai Sensen guide book titled Blood Blockade Battlefront Binge Bible. It adapts a story from the eighth volume of the manga.

Zapp get confronted by two dangerous sisters on a double-date gone wrong. Chain enters a drinking competition to secure a bomb so that it doesn't fall into the wrong hands.
