Fear grips the residents of a community when girls begin disappearing at an alarming rate. Detectives are faced with a growing body count and all evidence points to more than one man operating with the same M.O.

Pamela is kidnapped and taken from motel to motel across the Southwest by a faceless male assailant and his accomplice Sara. As their drug fueled violence spins out of control, even Sara begins to question her involvement with the charismatic killer.

The elusive killer slips free from the police. A manhunt is launched to find the man before he can kill again. In one last encounter, The Chameleon drives across the Texas countryside with a new captive held at gunpoint.
