Noel treats tea-drinking Bedlington terrier Muffin, who has a fractured leg due to her limb deformity, and fox red Labrador Jethro, whose arthritic elbows are stopping him from walking properly.

Noel gives Maine Coon cat Lexie a bilateral total hip replacement, while one-year-old bouncy Border terrier Charlie is in pain and is struggling to walk, and dwarf rabbit Locky has broken his leg.
