In Lancashire, letting agent Paul has a tenant who is behind with his rent and won't return calls. Eviction lawyer Chris is called to evict the anti-social Kirk, while Monwara and Mohammed hired a letting agency - who pocketed their tenant's rent.

Following a tip-off, Harrow Enforcement discover an industrial-scale weed farm in a house. After complaints of all-night parties in a quiet street in Darwen, letting agent Paul pays a visit. Also, Han discovered that his flat was illegally sublet.

Letting agent Paul, sales consultant Dale and housing agents Andrew and Jo all find themselves taking pity on tenants in dire straits. But they might come to regret their decisions in their efforts to help the tenants.
