Monsen gets a surprise when he removes his blindfold; he's been placed on a small island in the middle of an ice cold lake.

Monsen only has three slices of bread in his back pack when the helicopter leaves him in the wilderness. He has no idea where he is, and it's raining hard.

Monsen is left in the middle of a pine forest, with only a compass and a map with next to no information.

Monsen seldom seeks out high mountains. This time he's challenged in just that, climbing spectacular mountain formations. But he struggles finding out where he is.

This time Monsen feels at home in a terrain he's used to. But he has a long way to go, and only five days do get there. On the start line, a familiar hiking buddy awaits him.
