After purchasing what they believed to be a 1903 American Foursquare home, a young couple enlists Brett to restore and update it. Along the way, he uncovers clues that lead him to think that their home might not be what they thought it was.

Brett restores an expansive 1929 English Tudor home in order to bring back its charm and some original details that were lost during previous renovations; he also must create an updated kitchen that will cater to all the homeowners' modern day needs.
