Trish Stratus arrives in Kochi, a port city in South India on the Arabian Sea where she checks into the exclusive Brunton Boatyard Hotel. Later, she learns the ancient martial art of Kalarippayat at ENS Kalari, where stick fighting progresses to brandishing metal swords.

Trish Stratus enjoys her luxury room at the InterContinental Hanoi Westlake—located on the stunningly scenic West Lake in Hanoi, Vietnam – before learning the traditional Vietnamese martial art called Vo Binh Dinh.

Trish Stratus visits Bali, Indonesia— also known as the Island of the Gods – where she stays at the stunning Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa. She then participates in an intimidating ropes course at Bali Treetop Adventure Park before bungy jumping at A.J. Hackett from a 45-metre tower at Kuta beach.

Trish travels from Delhi to the Indian state of Uttarakhand to check into the remote luxury lodge called the Shakti 360° Leti. With an appetite for adventure, Trish takes the opportunity to paraglide at 3,700 metres in this unique part of the Northern Himalayas.

Trish visits Indonesia and the island of Java where she stays at the gorgeous Amanjiwo Resort. To experience the culture first hand, Trish visits Borobudur, the world's largest Buddhist temple, takes an elephant ride, makes pottery in a local village and learns about the Indonesian fighting art of Pecak Silat.

Trish Stratus settles in at the Radisson SAS 1919 Hotel in Reykjavik, once the home of Iceland’s first shipping company. During her stay, she challenges a local champion to a Glima wresting match. Glima wresting is the ancient sport of the Vikings and the current national sport of Iceland.

In Auckland, New Zealand Stratus learns to sail while aboard an America's Cup sailboat.

Put to the ultimate physical test, Stratus studies the most lethal form of martial arts, muay thai boxing in Thailand where she must learn this ancient technique quickly so that she can go five rounds in the ring with a highly experienced muay thai fighter.

Trish Stratus visits Norway’s capital city Oslo where she checks into the historic Grand Hotel. She then travels north of the Arctic Circle to a town called Alta to learn reindeer racing from the indigenous Sami people at Boazo Sami Siida.

Trish Stratus visits the island of Fiji where she stays in the island’s paradise hotel the Shangri-La Fijian Resort and Spa. Trish learns the traditional meke dance, watches a fire dancing performance, and visits a traditional Fijian village on the Sigatoka River Safari.
